Failure on a diet can be seen from the body are getting fatter. Diet failure can occur because some possibilities below:
- Reducing the size of the meal.
- Skipping breakfast.
- Breakfast with the wrong menu.
- Starve.
- Eat only 1x a day.
- Less consumption of water in a day.
- Taking the pill / drugs / herbal dietary improvements without eating better.
- Less motor activity / sport.
- Diet methods are less precise and effective. Many diet method that does not touch the root of the problem, only give instant results and instant false.
