We know that diet is how we manage to eat. Diet does not reduce the size of the meal, not hungry and not torture the body. Diet is more on how we balance our meals in a day. Diet applies to all people, should not wait until it becomes obese.

To be able to diet successfully and obtain permanent results, consider the following:
  • Nutritional adequacy of vitamins and minerals
  • Adequacy of complex carbohydrateslow fat
  • Adequacy of protein
  • Adequacy of water
  • Many do physical activity or exercise
