Currently, there are many ways to lose weight. Among them are drinking herbal ingredients, steam baths, liposuction, diet foods and blood type diet.

The blood type diet is currently widely adopted by people, as an alternative to weight loss.

The blood type diet was first suggested by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, a naturopatis from Stamford, Connecticutt, USA. Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo suggests diet based on blood type, as a result of research and experience of his patients. Diet aims to achieve a healthy body. The success of blood type diet is dependent on the conditions and needs of the perpetrator's body.

In blood type diet, which will be discussed is the ABO blood group system. The ABO system, consisting of A blood type, B blood type, AB blood type and O blood type. Although this diet has plenty of followers, but it is still often debated by nutritionists and other experts.
